Eligibility

Nature of the Services

QYN Verify operates as information verification infrastructure built on a blockchain network. The Services provide automated analytical signals, verification tools, and blockchain recordkeeping relating to submitted digital content.

The Services are not a financial product or regulated investment service.

Quyn Technologies Ltd does not:

• operate a cryptoasset exchange
• provide brokerage or trading services
• hold custody of customer cryptoassets
• provide payment processing services
• provide financial, legal, or tax advice

Use of the Beta

The QYN network is currently in beta, provided for development, experimentation, and testing purposes.

Tokens, balances, and transactions on the current network:

• cannot be exchanged for real currency or other assets
• are not intended for speculative or commercial use

We may modify, suspend, reset, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in a way that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation
• infringes the rights of others
• attempts to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the network
• interferes with the operation of the Services or associated infrastructure

Analytical Signals and Non-Reliance

Verification scores, classifications, and signals generated by QYN Verify are automated analytical outputs produced by machine learning systems.

These outputs represent probabilistic assessments only and should not be interpreted as definitive determinations of truth, falsity, legality, or factual accuracy.

The Services are provided for informational purposes only. Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret or rely upon verification outputs.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the website, software, documentation, branding, and associated materials remain the property of Quyn Technologies Ltd or its licensors.

You may access and use the Services only as permitted by these Terms. No rights or licences are granted except as expressly stated.

Technology and Network Risk

The QYN network is an evolving technology platform. The Services may experience:

• software bugs or vulnerabilities
• interruptions or temporary outages
• incomplete features during development
• unexpected behaviour during testing

We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or future operation of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quyn Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
